I couldn't think of a more orginal title, I'm afraid!
This is a long exposure (2 minutes, I think) of Princes Street and the city centre from Calton Hill. I was very lucky because the clouds were low and moving quickly so I got a nice dynamic sky.
Of course, the bad thing about the wind is that it made being out there on the hill a very freezing experience. But it was worth it for the view.
In terms of filters I had to resort to the unusual technique of using an ND grad filter with the grad at the bottom instead of the top, to tone down the brightness of the city lights and even them up with the warm glow in the sky.
